This program is for those enrolled in Summer Camp 2018 ONLY.
We pride ourselves in servicing the local businesses in the community.
This activity is by far, a FAVORITE!

A special THANK YOU to our friends at B & R Dairy for teaming up with Gray Recreation for this fun event!

General Information
  • You may choose which weeks you want to participate in this field trip below.
  • Your child will have the option of purchasing an ice cream treat of $4.50 value or less. No refunds/change will be given.
  • Our staff have the following restrictions to reduce time/wastefulness: Nothing larger than medium can be purchased and only 1 item can be purchased by each of our campers.
  • We ask that our campers do not purchase items with nuts while on our field trip.
  • Small groups will walk down to B & R Dairy in the Gray Plaza (via the back trail next to the library) where they will be able to order for themselves and sit together to enjoy an ice cream treat!
  • Field trips MUST be paid for at least 1 week prior to the field trip. THIS FIELD TRIP WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE TO REGISTER 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT for accuracy in our counts and to allow scheduling with venue and all necessary personnel.
  • All payments must be made online or in the Parks and Rec office (Staff cannot collect money/checks).
  • NO REFUNDS!!! SORRY-once registered for a field trip, we cannot refund money for any reason. Please do not ask.
  • Campers may not bring their own money to camp and/or down to B & R Dairy for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to substitute any field trip for a comparable one of our choice.
  • We may cancel a field trip for any reason and issue you a credit to your account.
  • Campers cannot attend a field trip unless the field trip is paid for in advance.
  • We reserve the right to prohibit any camper from attending a field trip due to inappropriate behavior or attire. A refund will NOT be given in this circumstance.
